IMPORTANT: Refer to Template L1 for all general information on L9000-Series lock
case dimensions and door preparation.
The following door and jamb conditions apply except where
specifically noted.
Door thickness: 1⅜"-2½" (35mm-64mm). Flat or beveled, metal, wood or composite
door and jamb.
Armor front: 1¼" (32mm) is standard.
1 1/16" (27mm) is optional.
Armor front size must be determined prior to door preparation.
Non-standard armor fronts and strikes, such as rabbeted applications, require
other templates in addition to standard templates for complete door preparations.

Templates show left hand door application. For right hand and reverse beveled
door applications, hole placement of trim and cylinder, cutouts for strike
lip and armor front strike lip, need to be oriented appropriately. |
